Role and Responsibilities
Manage all stock takes weekly and ensure all data is saved and stored correctly.
Manage new machine setting sheets and communication with US.
Assist the Production Unit Managers with any daily requirements as needed
Identify process weaknesses and initiate the implementation of corrective measures.
Use relevant internal filing systems and IQMS to establish and maintain records and documentation as required in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System (e.g. daily shipment status reports, quality logs, check back logs, scrap reports, NCI’s etc.)
Ensure there is excellent open communication between shifts and other functions, including effective handover with the preceding and following shifts
Promote strong working relationships with all stakeholders, particularly Production, Quality and Engineer, Supply Chain etc.
Support the plant’s health and safety programs and ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, procedures, reporting requirements etc
Adhere to all company standards, policies and procedures.
Always maintain GMP standards and good housekeeping
Manage set up of IQMS cards for new employees/card management for existing & leavers

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Level 8 Degree in a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an automated manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP systems preferably IQMS
Knowledge of database
Key Requirements
Demonstrated ability to design systems in a 3D environment.
In-depth knowledge of pneumatic system, mechanical motion systems & electrical drive systems.
Experienced with AutoCAD
Experience in external vendor management.
Demonstrated inventory system control and debug experience.
Ability to design systems in line with the machinery directive and other directives where applicable.
